The heat storage capacity is small, allowing for a reduction in the time required for the furnace to heat up and cool down!
Our company provides ceramic fibers, which are produced by electrically melting high-purity alumina and silica raw materials and then fiberizing them using the blowing method or spinning method, as "thermal insulation materials."
Due to their thermal conductivity being less than about 1/10 of that of heat-resistant bricks and less than 1/2 of that of insulating bricks, they offer excellent insulation effects.
Additionally, because they are primarily composed of high-purity alumina and silica, they exhibit excellent resistance to chemical agents other than strong alkalis, fluorine, and phosphoric acid.
【Features】
■ High heat resistance, used as insulation material in high-temperature ranges of 1000°C to 1700°C
■ Lightweight with flexibility and excellent elasticity
■ Low heat storage capacity, capable of reducing the time required for furnace heating and cooling
